New Construction Triple Decker
A modern Version of an Old Classic

The real story behind this project is the collaboration among two of my regular co-conspirators and myself to build a residence and community for us to live in. I joined with David Lloyd, the architect for many of my projects and John Ryan of Wright-Ryan Construction, my contractor of choice, to build a modern take on the classic triple decker. We all had interest in living on Munjoy Hill. When I identified a small lot in a great location with some great views our families went into action to combine our skills to plan and build a wonderful residence that we all are enjoying tremendously. Not only have we created a great building, we now have a small community of like-minded people, a great bonus.
