This project in the design and planning phase has four basic principles:

1. Small is beautiful. The McMansion is dead, long live right sized.

2. Energy efficiency and sustainable building is important to home buyers.

3. De-emphasize automobiles and their infrastructure.  Garage optional.

4. Orient the front of the house to a beautifully landscaped “commons”. Walk around on connecting trails and get to know your neighbors!
