Location: Ephrata, PA

Available schedules: 1st and 2nd shift currently available (8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts)

THE WORK PREVIEW:

• Complete a variety of tasks such as load and unload trailers, restock the racks, replenish pick slots, pick orders, and assist with inventory and quality initiatives
• Safely operate the high lift (high reach truck) and other mobile equipment

THE PAY:

• Your pay is based on your experience, your role, your productivity, and your shift
• 1st shift starting base rate: $18.00/hour
• 2nd shift starting base rate: $21.00/hour
• $3,000.00 retention bonus for those who come with proven high lift experience
• Ability to earn $1.00/hour increase at 90 days depending on your performance
• Pay incentives based on your productivity when completing specific tasks
• 4-week paid equipment, process, and safety training
• Overtime typically available

What YOU NEED:

• Passion for safety
• Experience operating the high lift (high reach truck)
• Ability to lift up to 65lbs
• Non-slip steel-toed footwear (company reimbursement provided up to $100)
• Cold temperature clothing gear such as jacket, hat, gator, gloves etc.
• Attention to detail with regards to quality, appearance, and labeling
• Basic math skills
