Job description
Our store is looking for an experienced and creative individual to join our team as a UPS Store Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in managing a retail environment, and is familiar with leading teams to exceed organizational goals. This position reports directly to the Senior Director and requires the manager to consistently communicate with department heads and understand daily objectives, always keeping the Store Manager's communication skills sharp.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general operation of a retail store.
- Manage the store employees and their performance.
- Oversee inventory control.
- Oversee customer satisfaction processes.
- Ensure that established policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
- Oversee marketing efforts and campaigns.

Pay: $37,446.82 - $54,388.00 per year
