With over 20 years’ experience, Filta has established themselves as the world leader in cooking oil micro-filtration service around the world. By using our “green service”, hospitals, colleges, stadiums and just about any commercial kitchen helps to preserve the environment when we extend the life of cooking oil with our Filta-fry service and turning waste oil into biodiesel fuel with our Filta-Bio service.

We are looking for a Territory Manager to help us maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area and manage our mobile service technician team. You will work directly with the Owner and Operations Manager. You will also be driving a small route to service our clients as well.

Responsibilities:

● Hiring, training, coaching, and development

● Manage drivers using GPS monitoring and other operational software.

● Ensure regular maintenance schedules for equipment and vehicles.

● Maintain relationships with customers in our territory.

● Manage our Mobile Service Technician team.

● Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions when necessary.

● Ensure service quality, maintain safety standards and policies.
Requirements and skills

● At least 2-3 years of restaurant management in a fast paced, quick service restaurant or experience in a similar field.

● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

● Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test

● Stress management/composure

● Situational awareness

● Proven leadership and time management skills

● Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills and a proactive mindset

● Proficient in Microsoft Office

● Mechanically inclined a plus

Education: Associated Degree preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
