Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform landscape enhancement and maintenance services including spring & fall cleanups, seasonal planting, flowerbed cleanups, installation and removal, grading and leveling, drainage solutions, sod prep/install, granite/gravel/paver walkway/pathway install, paver patio prep/install, stone bed borders, tree ring borders, and retaining walls

• 
  Experience and/or license in Irrigation repair/install a plus

• 
  Safely operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to a bobcat, skid steer, dump trailers, chainsaws, and tillers

• 
  Proper handling of all materials

• 
  Execute strong attention to detail and personal integrity

• 
  Supervise a team up to 3 people while performing the delivery of services.

• 
  Supervise daily proper & safe equipment maintenance and repair

• 
  Address customer questions, comments, and concerns

• 
  Manage daily clock in/out of team members, as well as, start/finish times of scheduled jobs

• 
  Manage job task planning and organization, to ensure necessary tools, equipment and materials are readily available

• 
  Ensure jobs are started/finished on time

Leadership Qualifications
