Experience:

• Public accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
• Team management: 2 years (Preferred)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage, prepare, and review complex individual, partnership, corporate, estate, trust, and gift tax returns.
• Perform and review tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals.
• Perform tax and accounting research with the aid of research tools and communicate with partners and/or clients.
• Manage and build strong business client relationships, including running engagements.
• Draft and review responses to tax notices from various federal and state tax agencies.

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or relevant field required.
• CPA license is a plus.
• Experience with CCH programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office programs, etc.
• Professional and effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Experience in training, developing, mentoring, and overseeing/managing staff.
• Integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit

Salary: $100,833.00 - $109,333.00 per year
