We have an exciting opportunity within our Corporate Finance team! In the role of Tax Director, you will report to the Senior Finance Director, lead the company’s corporate tax department, and provide oversight of all areas of taxation.
This position is based on-site at our headquarters office in Boise, ID

You Will:
- Lead and develop the tax team with values-based leadership principles, including Integrity, Respect, Safety, and Pursuit of Excellence.
- Provide substantive and analytical review of the tax provision, ensuring the accuracy of the effective tax rate, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions.
- Have oversight of all federal and state tax compliance.
- Monitor proposed tax legislation and regulatory tax changes across multiple domestic and international jurisdictions, including determining company position and impact.
- Complete tax planning, including analysis of mergers and acquisitions and identification of credits and incentives.
- Provide consultation and technical guidance for various employee-related tax matters, including payroll, unemployment, employee benefits, and executive compensation.
- Effectively engage and leverage third-party service providers, as needed, for various projects and ongoing service provision.
- Own the department’s internal control environment, including risk assessment, control identification, review, and certification.
- Focus on continuous improvement of people and processes, including the adoption of technologies to reduce risk and enhance the operational efficiencies of the department.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 12+ years of experience in the tax function
- 5+ years of supervisory experience

Transfer pricing compliance and reporting in a multi-company environment with multiple domestic and international jurisdictions.
