STAFF ACCOUNTANT POSITION
Small Blue Springs, MO accounting firm is seeking a staff accountant for a part-time position that offers a variety of accounting assignments.
Responsibilities would include:
· Data entry
· Bookkeeping
· Individual, partnership, and corporate tax return preparation
· Monthly and quarterly payroll reports
· QuickBooks support
· Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in accounting or a related field, tax return preparation experience and knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software. A degree is not mandatory, but pursuit of a degree is favorable.
Requirements include:
· A team player with an attitude of professionalism
· Positive customer service skills
· Attention to detail
· The ability to multi-task
· Proficiency in Excel, Word and QuickBooks accounting software
· Excellent communication and analytical skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.31 - $25.00 per hour
