We are an award winning beauty tool brand searching for a creative, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is highly effective and resourceful in social media marketing with experience in content writing for all social media platforms including Influencer Outreach/Management.This position will oversee campaigns appointed to you by the Social Manager, and will be responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships through completion.

• Lead influencer strategy and partnerships outlined by Social Manager, identifying key partners each quarter, outlining storytelling and product priorities, and executing negotiation and contracts
• Manage upkeep of social media community by engaging fans, followers, prospects, partners and aspirational customers through comments, Stories and Direct Messages.
• Responding to comments/messages, posting on each platform, and outreach on all platforms.
• Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Drive online traffic & revenue through social media content and influencer collaborations.
• Assist in other day to day social media tasks
• Daily research to ensure that our brand remains on the cutting edge of beauty trends.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Entrepreneurship.
• PR experience a PLUS!
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience and interest in the beauty and/or fashion industry is preferred.
• Creative thinker.
• Ability to think and respond quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn and work as a part of a team.
• MS Office suite & email correspondence.
• Candidate needs to be local to the Port St. Lucie area (Treasure Coast).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
