Agility 360 is searching for a Servicing Quality Analyst. This is a 90-day contract and a remote role with our client, a national servicing company.

Summary:
The Servicing Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring newly loaded mortgage loans are setup accurately on the system for servicing. This position reduces the risk to the organization by performing a data to doc comparison of various data points on the servicing system. Analyst will learn various loan products, become familiar with mortgage loan documents, and gain an understanding of how each product is setup on the servicing system.

Essential Functions:

• Follow's company approved checklist to review critical data points between the loan servicing system and loan documentation.
• Gain an understanding of various loan products and how each unique product is setup on the servicing system
• Communicate data discrepancies found during Quality assurance process and work toward correcting illogical conditions
• Works directly with the Loan Boarding team to provide guidance on setting up complex loan requirements.
• Responsible for meeting legal requirements and following internal policies

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and act upon various forms of information received from internal and external sources.
• High school diploma is required
• Preference given to individuals with previous Quality Assurance experience

Pertinent Details:

• Pay rate - $25-$30 per hour depending on experience
• Work Hours - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 pm, overtime may be required
• Location - Remote
