About the role:

A Senior Engineer - Design will direct and participate in the concept and design of complex engineering product or process projects for release to production in a manner to ensure products provide superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability.

What you will do:

• Conduct NPI engineering evaluations core/bill of materials
• Manage NPI Print releases
• Oversee NPI CAF code creation & management
• Maintain Technical supplement for cylinders & rods to enable marketing to communicate Informational Release Memo (IRM)
• Manage deviations request/in-process/change management
• Release prints for entire BOM as needed
• Manage Process validation plan review (PVP&R) for remanufacturing processes
• Manage warranty, quality, Day 1 Defects(D1D) and part stack warranty for hydraulic Cylinder& Rods and accumulator business
• Business engineering needs for Facility needs, PF accumulators, and PF large mining cylinders '
• Prepare monthly quality and warranty report outs for the cylinder, rod and accumulator business to leadership

You will have:

• A bachelor degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum
• Minimum of 9 years of related experience involving hydraulics
• A background as a self-starter with strong technical leadership skills
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well as employees in other units, customers, and suppliers.
