SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage assigned Sales Staff to achieve unit sales and gross objectives while providing kick ass experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Daily meetings with entire Sales Team to review CRM activity:
o Ensure all showroom, eLead, and phone customers are cataloged with activity completed, the No Close Reason, and appointment or follow up scheduled.
o Review KPI’s and individual Tracking to Forecast and take corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure all customers are greeted in a timely fashion.
- Take a turn with customers when Sales Pro is unable to continue the sales process.
- Desk deals as necessary.
- Ensure all SOLD customers are contacted within 3 days to ensure 100% satisfaction, address any open items, remind about survey, ask for referrals, and thank them again for the business.
- Ensure all UNSOLD customers are followed to confirm or set appointments to continue the sales process.
- Conduct and/or participate in training of dealership sales process and product knowledge as directed by the GSM.
- Check CRM throughout the day for uncompleted tasks.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check with Service Drive daily to ensure purchase/trade-in proposals are offered to qualified customers as directed by GSM.
- Turn in Team and Sales Pros monthly forecast by 1st of each month to GSM.
- Conduct one on one meetings with underperforming Sales Pros and direct activities to achieve individual forecasts.
- Ensure inventory is displayed properly.
- Notify GSM of Inventory issues: mix, condition, tags, pricing, etc.
- Ensure motorcycles are delivered per dealership policy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction ratings are at or above dealership standards.
- Ensure all Sales Pros complete all available H-D online training before end of month.
- Attend instructor led courses as directed by GSM.
- Strive for harmony and teamwork with all departments.
- Ensure all Sales Pros comply with company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
