Job description
Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Sales Effectiveness job family. Supports sales controls, metrics, systems and processes which lead to organizational gains in productivity across all markets and facilitate distribution across all channels. Disseminates enterprise tools, best practices and quality standards related to sales. Performs sales analysis and reporting. May train sales staff on sales related systems, databases, and associated processes. Completes day-to-day Sales Effectiveness tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

What you must have

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred

Direct experience executing Account Based Marketing campaigns and Buyer (Sales) Enablement

History of a track record of generating sales leads for complex, large-deal ($2M+) services

May accept less experience with verifiable proof of delivering business outcomes (increased velocity, increased win-rates, decreased rep ramp-up time, improving growth team performance) Proven ability to use enablement technologies, processes, and best practices to generate a consistent pipeline of early stage leads

Ability to execute complex, multi-channel outreach campaigns with healthcare executives

Salesforce experience, highly desired

Experience using sales enablement technologies (, ABM platforms (Demandbase, Marketo) preferred

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage projects against deadlines

Ability to connect and communicate with C-suite level clients and prospects

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently

Works well independently with some direction

Duties and Responsibilities

Research existing clients to discover key information such as lines of business, size, stakeholders, contract effective date, current providers and pain points

Review past bids to provide insights and patterns that may be useful in upcoming prospecting efforts

Research and confirm key stakeholder’s contact information

Research existing relationships using internal and external resources

Assess new leads by vetting quality, readiness to purchase and fit

Nurture a lead through a steady cadence of tailored communications including personalized emails, phone calls, and social media

Database & Tools Management

Update CRM with research findings

Maintain CRM data quality

Create and maintain pipeline reports that track current known prospects

Summarize prospect interactions based on analytics tools

Secure client meetings in coordination with Account Executive

Provide project management support for the organization’s largest prospect activities (meetings, site visits, webinars, insights, leadership interactions)

Work with Growth team, presenters and internal subject matter experts to build prospect experience for bid support

Own and manage individual projects (i.e Salesforce Administration, Content Management)

Partner with Marketing on custom prospecting materials and Lead Generation Campaigns

Assist with ad hoc projects as requested by leadership

Referral Management

Coordinate referrals as requested by Clients and Account Executive

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 56,800 - 94,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
