We’re looking for an amazing Analyst Sr, Revenue Management to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. You’ll be responsible for developing, communicating, and leading the execution of market strategy and profitability optimization through pricing and value-capture activities at both the strategic and tactical levels. In addition, they will provide reports and analysis to middle and senior management of market performance and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities for Holland America Lines. The Analyst Sr, Revenue Management will take lead in managing all things about new program releases and campaigns including pricing and execution of project tasks. They will also assist in forecasting, inventory management, auditing and working with various teams within Holland America.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the launch of new programs and campaigns
- Develop strategic and tactical pricing for senior management review by analyzing booking trends associated with previous pricing actions
- Take the lead in analyzing and reporting general market, campaign, and short sale performance to find risks and opportunities
- Provide forecast and/or give guidance on forecasting various commercial performances in North America Market
- Manages all portions of inventory for public and groups to meet guest and revenue forecasts
- Researches and prepares data on competitor pricing, programs and policies
- Participate in operational pricing tasks such as pricing tier loads, customer pricing research, credit and rebill requests, and competitive invoice analysis
- Assist the team with improving current processes both internally and cross-functionally
- Additional duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Degree in Business / Marketing / Statistics, preferred MBA in Marketing or Business Management
- Minimum 4 years in revenue optimization, analysis, and financial management
- Minimum 3 years in project management
- Some experience with presenting to executive level audience
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Mid-level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Comfortable with presenting in front of a larger cross functional team
- Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
- Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
- Applies judgment within defined parameters
- Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
- Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy

- Base Salary Range: $67,800.00 to $91,500.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
