Requirements:

• Experience leading a large team
• Possess strong leadership skills and a strong voice
• Passion for developing people and serving others
• Knowledge of systems & Processes for restaurant success
• Proactive instead of Reactive
• Standing, bending, lifting up to 50lbs
• Goal oriented and Results Driven
• Great communicator both in handling difficult situations and high volume pressure
• Unquestionable integrity and represents Mayfield Heights Vision
• Strong computer skills required (excel, word, publisher)
• Understand the federal and local health code regulations
• Flexibility in schedule, must have open availability
• Background in food safety, restaurant operations and hospitality a plus

Up to 45 hours per week in the restaurant

Must be over 21+ years old

Bachelor's degree a plus

Must have previous management experience 2+years
