POSITION AVAILABLE: Reservations Agent

STATUS: Full-time

WORK SCHEDULE Monday-Friday. May be required to work weekends and/or holidays.

DUTIES (Including, but not limited to):

• Must be able to use proper telephone etiquette and have excellent communication skills.
• Create reservations through our reservations computer system, for owners, exchangers, independent travelers, wholesalers and travel agents.
• Must be able to assist owners and exchangers with questions regarding Imperial policies and procedures. Counseling them on how policies work to ensure all owners and exchangers remain in compliance and receive the full benefit of their ownership.
• Must be able to prioritize work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook).

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Skill/Knowledge: Working knowledge of computers. Proper Telephone Etiquette. Typing
• Skills - (45wpm). Customer Service Experience.
• Education/Training: High School Diploma
• Experience: Previous Reservations experience preferred but not required

HIRING BONUS:

• A hiring bonus will be paid in 2 installments -1st half after 6 months of successful employment.
• 2nd half after 1 year of successful employment.
