Program Coordinator

KidzToPros is a leading provider of After-School enrichment programs, Structured Recess, AM/PM Enrichment Clubs and Summer Camps (Nationwide). Our on-campus programs are offered at schools, making it convenient for parents, while allowing kids to stay in the safety of their school and participate in activities with their friends. Over the past five years, KidzToPros has partnered with over 400 schools nationwide. Over 35,000 students have participated in our after-school programs and seasonal camps!

KidzToPros is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator who is an energetic and an organized manager that oversees and supports day-to-day operations in the Freemont, CA. area. To be considered for this role, you must have 2+ years of experience managing multiple instructors and overseeing program logistics.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor operations dashboard to ensure smooth delivery of daily programs
• Communicate with instructors to ensure all daily programs are staffed and running
• Interview and train KidzToPros instructors that will be deployed to schools
• Visit program sites to ensure programming is running smoothly
• Find opportunities to help instructors continue to grow and develop their skills
• Assist the Program Manager with staffing changes across all sites as needed
• Assist the Program Manager with administrative responsibilities for the region – flyer delivery, inventory, equipment preparation/delivery, etc
• Knowledge of how to structure and conduct youth programs
• Operate with proactivity, efficiency and possess strong attention to detail
• Support staff as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree and/or equivalent level of education/experience in STEM, Arts, or Sports related field
• 2+ years experience successfully leading youth programs and/or managing instructors and/or coaches
• Experience with G-Suite software (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)

• Compensation: $41,000 - $52,000yr.
