Job description
Onsite in Omaha NE
Manages full life cycle of recruiting process: sourcing/candidate generation, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer presentation and closing candidates.
Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience including all communication, facilitating scheduling, and providing details for on-site tours.
Source candidates from social networking, employee referrals, and networking events and identifies potential candidates through multiple sources (job boards, employee referrals, leads, networking, online tools)
Create reports and lead recruitment meetings regarding recruitment activity, openings, hires, and key recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
Manages workflow, data integrity and communication through ATS and other recruiting data sources.
May require limited travel for recruiting events or training purposes.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
