About the Opportunity:
Are you looking to enter the field of Affiliate Managing?
This position is open to both entry level and experienced affiliate managers as well as seasoned sales professionals from other industries with an interest in transitioning into an online marketing/sales hybrid position.
You will have the opportunity to join our dynamic, driven, and people-focused team as the Affiliate/JV Manager. You will be responsible for seeking out, developing, and cultivating Affiliate/JV partnerships that will enhance our leadership role within the industry, increase our volume and frequency of qualified traffic, provide our community with high value offers, and exceed our revenue goals.
The Affiliate/JV Manager has 3 strategic focuses:
Seek out new Affiliates: Find, pursue, and develop Affiliates/Partners that will increase our brand awareness, qualified traffic, and sales.- Nurture stronger relationships with our current Affiliates: Establish clear communication, offer ongoing support, and create more opportunities for promotions.
- Boost and encourage Affiliate participation and performance in ongoing promotions and campaigns.

Required Skills/Experience:
3+ years of experience in Affiliate/JV Management (or similar sales experience in developing business relationships, creating win-win solutions, and closing deals)- Experience with affiliate tracking setup and attribution (not required, but a plus)
- Experience handling calls, email traffic, and social media
- Ability to understand and diagnose issues in affiliate tracking scripts and conversion pixels (not required, but a plus)
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated and distraction-free workspace
- Ability to meet all requirements of this role while working remotely (required)
- Proficiency with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Proficiency with the latest communication tools (Google Meet, Skype, Zoom)
Perks:
- Health insurance and vacation time of 20 days a year.
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 plus incentives
This position is a full-time self-contracted position.
