Job Title: Process Technician I
Industry: Biotech/Medical Device Manufacturing
Location: Maple Grove, MN 55311
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm CST
Pay: $21-$23/hr + Benefits: Med/Den/Vis

Job Description for Process Technician:

• The primary responsibility of the Process Technician will be to assist Process Development engineers, scientists, and/or teams in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment for extruded components
• The Process Technician will learn and apply standard test methods/processes, perform testing, gather data and analyze test results of product testing & process monitoring
• The Process Technician will also coordinate builds, submit run requests, and update tracking spreadsheets
• Assist engineering teams in obtaining necessary supplies & components, on continuous process improvement projects, with new product development, setting up experiments, and problem solving
• Work with vendors/suppliers for equipment maintenance, submit change requests for projects during new product development, and prioritize product quality

Job Requirements for Process Technician:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combined work/education experience
• Experience with GMP manufacturing (preferably Med Device or Biotech) and Process Development
• Experience with Fixture Design, SolidWorks, and Polymer Extrusion
