Pre-Litigation Paralegals provide support for legal team and clients to ensure Rafi Law Group provides excellent client service. This position is responsible for handling pre-litigation matters primarily from the treating phase through demand stages. Ideal candidates must have personal injury experience and be able to successfully manage a caseload under the supervision of an Arizona Attorney.

Responsibilities:

• Gather case facts and records
• Manage caseload / comply with RLG's inter-office protocols
• Communicate with clients, legal team, and others
• Successfully meet goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience

Salary includes base salary and earned bonuses over the past 12 months.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
