Under limited supervision, you will work with project teams, partners, vendors and management to identify and determine business opportunities. You will apply established and identify improved methodologies for gathering and analyzing data, conducting business improvement analysis, and developing design solutions. You will work with enterprise wide customers to provide data and recommendations. May provide work direction to lower level analysts. Will assist more senior analysts with complex projects.
What you do:
- Develop organizational, team, and individual reporting capabilities for Inforce Operations
- Complete adhoc data and process requests for Inforce Operations and Allianz business partners
- Design and manage results validation to ensure data completeness, accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize reporting and data to recommend opportunities to improve process performance.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
What you bring:
- 2 or more years experience required: relevant technical or business experience
- 4 or more years experience preferred: relevant technical or business experience. Allianz Operations or Insurance/Financial Industry experience
- Preferred background in developing reporting in Microsoft Power BI
- Preferred advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access skills
- Four year degree or equivalent work experience
