RESPONSIBILITIES

• All paperwork needed for patients, recording medical history etc., and ensuring all paperwork is done correctly.
• Diligent in maintaining patient confidentiality by keeping patient information secure while ensuring completion of confidential medical records.
• Retrieve necessary medical records from other facilities and primary care providers.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following the standards and procedures as well as complying with all legal regulations .
• Serve and protect the practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
• Enhance the reputation of the practice by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• In office patient care and all other office tasks as assigned
• Dedicated team player who is dependable and willing to assist in any way possible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
