Urethane Molder - 2nd shift

4 day work week! Monday - Thursday 2:30pm-12:30am

$2000 sign-on bonus paid-out 1st year of employment with pay increase at 6 months!

What do we need? We are looking for a 2nd shift Molder (2:30pm-12:30am M-Th / occasional Friday OT) in our Urethane facility. This unique opportunity entails accurately mixing liquid resin and pouring mixture into heated molds. Preferred experience in molding or related industry, with machine operation background a plus.

General duties include:

• 
  Set-up, mix, mold, assemble, and inspect molded products

• Prepare molds, inserts, and hardware for molding per work instructions and/or other criteria and per the production schedule.

• Mold all products per process sheets, work instructions and/or prints.

• Remove product and/or inserts from mold.

• Clean and/or prepare all mold surfaces when done to prepare for next molding.

• Verify product meets all appropriate visual specifications and/or criteria.

• Ability to follow written procedures and make appropriate quality adjustments when necessary

• General machine operation with the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow process instructions are a must
