The Millwright will repair and construct all types of equipment and structures throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a journeyman certification.

The Millwright will repair and construct all types of equipment and structures throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a journeyman certification.
Millwright Responsibilities:
- Works from complex drawings, sketches and verbal instructions given by the millwright foreman.
- Takes care of all mechanical breakdowns anywhere in the plant.
- Maintains and repairs all types of conveyors and elevators, filters, blowers, vacuum pans, screens, etc. Is competent in the use of millwright and welding equipment.
- Works from scaffolds and ladders.
- Does routine equipment inspections as assigned.
- Reports any damage to machines or equipment or spoilage of material to immediate supervisor.
- Maintains work area in neat and orderly manner.
- May be required to do other duties related to the job.
Millwright Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Journeyman certification or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience working in an industrial maintenance role.
- Qualified in rigging and handling heavy equipment, brazing, soldering and cutting.
- Has some knowledge and skill in other maintenance crafts.
