We are looking for an Experienced Full Time Medical Biller to join the Trusted Doctors billing staff. The candidate should have a clear understanding of healthcare claims processing as well as the rules and processes associated with multiple insurance companies. Candidates should be able to interpret EOB’s, claim denials and be knowledgeable of the appeal process. Candidate should be able to work denials in an efficient and timely manner. Trusted Doctors will onboard and provide training remotely. Our Pediatric office is a GREAT PLACE to work offering excellent benefits such as: Paid Time Off; 401k; Health Insurance and Paid Holidays.
Requirements:- The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of medical billing, claims processing and follow up experience
- eClinical Works EMR experience is a requirement.
- OP Office Practicum EMR experience is a plus.
- HIPAA compliant workspace is a requirement.
- Certifications in billing and coding are a plus.
- Mental Health billing experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
