YOUR LIFE AS A MARKETING COORDINATOR
This full-time marketing team management role with our home improvement company works a hybrid schedule of:
- Monday/Friday - work from home
- Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - work in the office

You work in collaboration with the National Account Team to develop and implement retail program strategies, ensuring the success of every new store launch. Every step of the way, you manage all marketing-related logistics, creating compelling brochures, training aids, and merchandising materials to support new product launches. In this management role, you are the master of program offerings, continuously evaluating their impact on manufacturer pricing, supply chain inventory, and fabricator partner freight. As a marketing team manager, you use your strategic prowess to develop key messaging and positioning around program opportunities and initiatives. Furthermore, you identify market trends and needs, proactively making recommendations to help the retailer maintain a competitive advantage.
To ensure the seamless execution of each program and new store launch, you facilitate operational system planning and testing. With your data analytics skills, you manage account operational costs to ensure a positive return on investment, meticulously reporting on all account financial metrics, including sales, invoices, sales budget, and expense tracking. By doing so, you help ensure that the retailer and company goals are achieved.
Finally, in this hybrid manager position, you embark on exciting travels to visit stores, retail accounts, fabricator partners, and National Account and Sales Team colleagues. You attend industry and networking events, building and maintaining relationships while staying up-to-date on industry trends. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A MARKETING COORDINATOR
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- Strong Excel skills
- Sound experience with data gathering, analysis, and reporting
