Grafton Winery, one of the St Louis areas largest wineries is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations. Typical workweek is five days, 7pm close during the week, 9pm Friday and Saturday. Previous high volume experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate kitchen staff.
- Develop new recipes and menus.
- Order food and supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,417.00 - $57,678.00 per year
