Job description

We are seeking a talented Kitchen designer to join our kitchen and bath sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and selling kitchen cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring and other related products. The sales rep will be responsible for guiding clients through the design process, providing expert advice on materials, layout, and color choices, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen or bath design project
• Create detailed designs and renderings using 2020 design software
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes for products and services
• Assist clients in selecting the appropriate materials, colors, and finishes for their project
• Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other tradespeople to ensure a seamless installation process
• Maintain accurate records of client projects, including budgets, timelines, and product selections
• Keep up-to-date with current design trends and industry developments

Compensation:

• $25-$30/Hour (Depends on Experience)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in design software, such as 2020 Design Software (can be taught)
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath products and materials, including cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
