Job description
We are looking for an IT Assistant to join our team and provide technical support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining computer systems, and providing assistance with network connections. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of IT systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Perform system backups and data recovery.
- Monitor system performance and security.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and networks.
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- Must have related experience
- Must speak both English and Chinese
Job Type: Full-time
