HomeWell Care Services is looking for a strong professional Community Liaison/Senior Care Marketer to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our business and to live our mission and vision. You will be responsible for calling on both of Lake County & The Villages.

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts that will develop into sales leads. You will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote HomeWell Care Services. Community Liaison will be focused solely on marketing to local healthcare providers, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Hospitals, Rehabilitation, and other Senior Referral Sources. Must be a dedicated self-starter who is responsible and accountable to the company's values and understands Home Care operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-spoken, and at ease in presenting to both professional as well as community audiences. Daily activities will include face-to-face marketing visits, community-based demonstrations, and presenting professional in-services. It is primarily a field position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage current accounts of communities and facilities made up of IL, AL, and SNF communities –providing excellent customer service and support, anticipating the needs of the community, and providing follow-up for services and programs we provide each community
  • Increase referrals through marketing activities and relationship building.
  • Maintain current and up-to-date contact information and account info in ClearCare.
  • Submit weekly marketing activity reports.
  • Promote HomeWell’s products and services to prospective clients.
  • Collect high-potential data in the territory
  • Participation in ongoing training on a weekly basis.
  • Add to a positive, exciting culture of competitive, high achievers.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have Senior Care experience in LTC, AL, IL, SNF, or Home Care.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare continuum and private duty home care
  • The ability to handle multiple and changing priorities is required.
  • Possesses outstanding customer service skills and presentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
  • Must have compassion and desire to work with healthcare clients.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Must be a good person and someone we want to hang out with (seriously).
Education Required:
  • College Degree (Preferred not required)
Years of Relevant Work Experience:
  • 1-2 years of sales preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Articulate and confident in new surroundings
  • Self-disciplined and competitive while still being a team player.
  • Desire to excel in a mentorship/leadership role once you’ve proven yourself
  • Ability to work full-time and possess the whatever it takes attitude to succeed.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Average first-year income range: $45,000-$80,000
  • Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses

Experience:
  • Must have 1-2 years of senior care experience (Required)
