Wildwood Catholic Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Girls Volleyball Head Coach to lead our new team to success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, organizing practices and games, and overseeing the overall performance of the team. The Head Coach will also provide mentorship and guidance to assistant coaches, and maintain positive relationships with players, parents, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program that focuses on skill development, teamwork, and physical fitness
• Organize and supervise all practices and games, ensuring that all players are well-prepared and have access to necessary equipment and resources
• Develop and implement game strategies and tactics that maximize the team's chances of success
• Maintain accurate records of game statistics, player performance, and team progress
• Provide regular feedback to players on their performance, and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other stakeholders to build positive relationships and ensure that all parties are well-informed and engaged
• Collaborate with assistant coaches to ensure that all coaching responsibilities are carried out effectively and efficiently
• Attend all team meetings, competitions, and other events as required
• Ensure that all team activities are conducted in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, and policies
• Perform any other duties as required by the athletic director or school administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• After school
• Monday to Friday
