Spanish Fork is now hiring for a General Manager! The ideal candidate will need to be well organized, and a proven leader who's main focus is this store. Motivating a team to build a positive culture and push to do things the Crumbl way. Training may be held at springville or payson Crumbl. The job duties include but are not limited to:

Job Duties

• Scheduling a team of 20+
• Handle a Medium volume store
• Submitting food orders
• Hands on kitchen work, while observing crew
• Hiring
• Resolving conflicts with customers and employees
• Keeping a positive environment
• Responding to corporate request in a timely manner
• Promotion of the team
• Organization skills for catering orders, dough production, and storage
• Maintaining strong cookie quality
• Knows way around apple technology

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must have food handlers permit
• Must have 1 years of management, assistant manager or shift lead experience ( can be combined)
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be eligible to work in U.S
• Must be willing to undergo background check
• Must provide 3 non-family related references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
