DCI Job Requirement for:
FSR Analyst
Locations: Fayetteville, NC
Job Description
- Serves as an FSR Analyst
- Works side-by-side with analysts to:
- train and mentor users
- troubleshoot technical issues
- develop new use cases
- Help map and model data integrations
- Provide direct customer support and deskside training to intel analysts
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
- Provides direct user support, trainings, initial debugging, and ticket triaging
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of field support representative experience
- 5+ Years of systems training experience
- 3+ Years of intel analysis experience
- 3+ Years of software experience with:
- Gotham, Gaia, Fade Mist, MSS, Bode, ICI
- 3+ Years of technical experience with:
- HTML
- Ruby, Python and/or Java
- Hardware
- Networks
- server administration
- 5+ years of conventional operations experience
- 5+ years of data analyst experience
**Must be willing to deploy CONUS and OCONUS to deliver trainings**
- Possible deployment locations include
- San Antonio
- Germany
- South Korea
- Hawaii

- HTML and Python, Ruby or Java: 3 years (Preferred)
