Front Desk 2nd Shift and Night Auditor
Job description
Candlewood Suites Alcoa is looking for a motivated, honest, punctual, enthusiastic, and customer oriented individual to join our team. We are looking to fill 3 days on 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm and two over night shifts 11pm - 7am. You will be the main point of contact for any guest interaction. You must possess excellent customer service skills.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answering all guest request in a timely manner
- Switchboard operation
- Check guest in and out of OPERA PMS system
- Make reservations through our system
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and all other public areas
- Stocking the snack shop
- Light laundry duty
- Cash handling
- Shuttle driving
- Closing out end-of-day procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
