Job Title: Exterior Crew Member

Location: Midland, Michigan Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

Kirkland property solutions, a leading exterior contractor, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Exterior Crew Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew of skilled workers in the installation and maintenance of exterior construction projects, including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a crew of skilled workers in the installation and maintenance of exterior construction projects.

- Manage project timelines and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.

- Oversee safety on the job site and ensure that all crew members follow safety protocols.

- Coordinate with project managers to ensure that all materials and equipment are available and delivered to the job site on time.

- Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns or questions they may have about the project.

- Train and mentor new crew members and provide ongoing training to existing crew members.

- Ensure that all work is completed to high-quality standards and meets the company's expectations.

- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure that it meets the company's quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 5+ years of experience in exterior construction, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a crew of skilled workers.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and crew members.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them on the job site.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
