We are looking for an ERP Functional Analyst who will report to the IS&T Director, and who’ll be tasked with supporting and improving our Infor eco-system with a focus on Inventory, Planning, Order Management and Master Data. As part of your role, you’ll be a key contributor to the overall health and compliance of the application following ITIL methodology.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Provide Level-1 technical and functional application support and administration for Infor CSI / Syteline following defined ITSM processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and system adoption from inception to hyper-care (requirements, specifications, testing, training and implementation)
  • Execute and administer data query, batch scheduling, scripting, report writing
  • Develop and enhance change and release management process and controls
  • Leverage Infor best practices to drive value and efficiency within the enterprise while remaining current with emerging technologies and solutions
  • Key contributor the Enterprise Transformation Program and other strategic initiatives

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject areas
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in configuring ERP Systems along with full development life-cycle implementation. Of note: A minimum of 4 years needs to be with Infor CloudSuite Industrial specifically
  • Manufacturing sector experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time

Preferred:

  • Experience with Infor Cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with Infor Syteline EQ, CPQ, SRO, Factory Track and Doc-Track
  • Drive for continuous improvement and critical thinking
  • Creative out of the box solutions to solve complex problems and thriving under ambiguous circumstances
  • Dynamic and passionate leader

This is a remote work position - the new hire can work anywhere in the US.
