Job description

Front desk person needed for a busy dental practice. You are the first voice and face our patients see and hear, so a positive and professional attitude is required.

General office knowledge needed. Attention to detail is a must. Effectively handling multiple phone calls & text messages is required. You would be checking patients in and out, collecting co-pays, answering phones, texts and emails, scheduling appointments, sending and receiving emails, faxes and documents, and a variety of other front office tasks.

We are willing to train the right person. The right candidate will be level headed, have some maturity in being able to handle conversations with patients and team members, be punctual and reliable, be able to use reasoning in finding out answers to questions, and not afraid to ask for help when needed. This job requires an enormous amount of attention to detail, so making sure information is correct is very important.

We are a busy 3 doctor practice, with a fun loving, hardworking team. We would love to find the right candidate to help!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
