At Minnesota Sport and Spine Rehab, our goal is to provide excellent customer service and care to our patients. Located in Burnsville - South Metro, MSSR is a team of like-minded providers and staff who value their work environment, work collaboratively, and are committed to excellence and the development of patient relationships. We strive to maintain a high level of care with a focus on treating the whole patient.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
• Provide support to therapists, staff, and patients.
• Answer the phone, take messages, and transfer calls.
• Maintain confidentiality of all providers, staff, and patient information.
• Schedule appointments and reschedule any cancellations or no-shows.
• Register new patients and verify information.
• Collect payments and manage the register.
• Communicate with outside clinics and doctors per therapist request.
• Opening and closing duties based on scheduled shift.

Requirements:

• High school education required, associate degree preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic medical terminology skills preferred.
• Computer skills required, Windows and Outlook programs experience preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, dependable, and a team player.
• Flexible with assignments and able to perform a wide variety of front desk functions.
• Flexible with schedule based on clinic needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
