Summit Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting for a top local employer for long-term, temp-to-hire Customer Service Specialist! A long-standing, solid company, located in Newberg, Oregon, with excellent benefits!

Our ideal candidate will be highly organized and practice excellent customer service while multitasking. Our customer service specialist's can maintain a level of positivity even under pressure! Proficiency with computers, order processing, strong data entry, and phones is essential to this position and the willingness to participate as a team player. This is a full time, day shift position!

Call Center Responsibilities: (include, but not limited to):

• Work professionally with customers processing orders, manage CRM data entry, and upkeeping records; efficiently process customer orders.
• Answers questions regarding product line and provide technical assistance.
• Customer outreach: makes outgoing calls and emails to customers as needed.
• Balances daily goals with assigned long-term projects.
• Work closely with and support all other department teams.
• Specializes in logistics, scheduling, direct communication, and troubleshooting.

Customer Service Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in Customer Service.
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook & Windows, and CRM systems.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and strong telephone etiquette.
• Good command of the English language including writing and spelling.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a computer workstation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
