Precision Staffing is seeking a highly motivated customer service representative to join a growing team in the Blue Ash, OH area. This direct hire opportunity is with a financial institute the specializes in a variety of loans.

Hours: Option to pick between shifts in not available. Must be okay with working the following below:

• Opening shift: 8am-4:30pm (Monday & Tuesday)
• Closing shift: 11:30am-8pm (Wednesday & Thursday)
• Every other Friday is rotated between the two shifts

After training and if performance is up to par there is a possibility of working a hybrid schedule 2-3x per week.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries regarding loan applications
• Deliver accurate and up to date information on loan products, interest rates, terms and conditions to potential borrowers
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure borrowers feel confident and supported throughout the loan application process
• Collaborate with internal departments as needed
• Document and track client issues in the appropriate system
• Maintain knowledge of loan products, lending regulations, and industry best practices to effectively address inquiries

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work various shifts
• 2+ years of customer service experience
