Title: Remote-Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives
Hours: 8:30-5:00 M-F (Option of 9:00-5:30 PM EST after training)
Pay Rate: Based on Experience
Term: Temp to Hire/Remote

Location: REMOTE - Anywhere in the US except for California, New York, Hawaii, Alaska

Our next class for personal lines, starts on 06/26/2023! Class starts and interviews will be completed by 6/9/2023 to be prepared for start date.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a year and a half recent call center Auto Insurance or Property and Casualty experience
• Bilingual in Spanish/Creole CSR Preferred
• Active P&C License preferred (any state)

*If not licensed our client will cover the cost of the Pre-licensing course and state Exam.

Job Details:

• Full time role in our P&C Customer Service Department. The CSR is responsible for answering incoming queue calls from clients and responding to written communication via email (Outlook) & text (Avochato).
• Handle processing changes on the client's insurance policy, cancellations and billing inquiries.
• Call center environment, and it is considered fast paced at times. We are looking for someone with the ability to multi-task and strong computer/technical knowledge.

Remote Office Compatibility Requirements:

• Internet speeds of 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download.
• Hard-wired internet connection to support outstanding call quality & prompt response times. (Satellite ISPs or wireless connectivity are not supported by our systems)
• We actually provide all of the equipment needed (computer, monitors, headset, keyboard, mouse, etc.) with the exception of internet access. If they don’t have sufficient internet speeds, they would also be required to call their provider and increase the speeds. We would not cover the monthly increase to do so. We do provide an ethernet cable since the computer has to be hardwired to their modem, however it’s only about 3 feet long I believe so if it’s too short, the candidate would be responsible for purchasing one that’s long enough to reach their modem. They’re normally only about $10.00.
