Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Pay Rate: $22.00
Location: Drive San Diego, CA
Duration: 12+ month contract
Hours: 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday (100% onsite)
Description:
- Set up portal registrations.
- Assist with order entry.
- Complete CS support requests
- Assist with filtering the CS Inbox
- Escalate issues and problem cases to the Client Services Supervisors or Manager
- Answer CS call queue
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an Admin role preferred but not required.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Teams/Outlook preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Professional and courteous demeanor
