Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Pay Rate: $22.00
Location: Drive San Diego, CA
Duration: 12+ month contract
Hours: 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday (100% onsite)

Description:

  • Set up portal registrations.
  • Assist with order entry.
  • Complete CS support requests
  • Assist with filtering the CS Inbox
  • Escalate issues and problem cases to the Client Services Supervisors or Manager
  • Answer CS call queue

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an Admin role preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Teams/Outlook preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
