JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
Trinet is seeking a self-motivated individual to provide support to our high-volume client base focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. The role acts as a retention expert and influences retention outcomes for an assigned portfolio to ensure quality solutions. The individual will work collaboratively with internal partners such as Sales, Customer Experience, Pricing Strategy and Products to elevate the customer experience, ensure that all interactions and deliverables support the customer's business, and identify new business opportunities.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Provides support and guidance to clients (SMBs) daily
  • This role is largely reactive with some proactive outreaches
  • This role will have larger books of business with less touch points
  • Engages in pricing and contract negotiations to secure agreement.
  • Provides on-demand touchpoint to customers to ensure satisfaction and increase breadth and depth of C-Suite relationships
  • Identifies client service opportunities and coordinates the execution of those services as appropriate.
  • Partners closely with the Customer Engagement teams for an improvement in service level
  • Participates in identifying and transitioning customers to alternative service models.
  • Act as a point of customer contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues, and collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and find opportunities for expanded support business.
  • Be comfortable with interacting with clients regularly over the phone and via email

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree desired in business, management or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years' previous sales, client relationship management and/or customer service experience

Work Environment

  • Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office setting

The salary range for this role is $57,800 to $95,400. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
