Job Summary:
As the Credit Coordinator, you will
The ideal candidate must be a team player, who is highly organized, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer credit files
- Process new customer credit requests
- Maintain accuracy of customer data
- Manage select customer portals for invoice discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Conduct periodic credit reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable sales tax regulations, company policy, and procedure
- Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-year accounts receivable experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Associates Degree or equivalent is required
- Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills.
