Our company is seeking a working Superintendent to help manage projects and ensure that each of them is successful. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in commercial and industrial construction, is proficient with hand and power tools and construction techniques. Candidates for this role should have strong leadership skills, sound decision-making abilities and be able to complete work, such as hanging doors and finishes. Must be able to read and interpret plans.

Responsibilities:

• Report to top management.
• Analyze new opportunities and risks.
• Manage weekly progress of projects.
• Manage and delegate tasks to subcontractors and employees.
• Assist in various hands-on tasks.
• Organize daily and weekly tasks in accordance with schedule
• Provide solutions to subcontractors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,132.00 - $69,331.00 per year
