Summary
As a Workforce Screening HR Controls & Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities associated with compliance to legalities and internal governing policies that support onboarding employee and temporary manpower to minimize legal and financial risk. Final approver for all manpower hires.
Your role in our mission
Primary responsibility will be to determine eligibility for employees and new hires to ensure compliance with certain U.S. and regional laws and Gainwell Technologies LLC policies.
- Audit all new Agency contractors being engaged on a Gainwell Technologies LLC client program
- Adhere to all the Gainwell Technologies LLC compliance requirements for engaging new and existing Agency Contractors
- Ensure all Background screenings are initiated thru the Global Background Screening application
- Approve new Work Orders & Work Order revisions appropriately through manual audit process standards
- Maintain Agency Contractor Masterfile
- Maintain Agency Contractor Tenure Exception Approvals & Tracker
- Work closely with Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure accuracy and compliance of all Agency Contractor Work Orders to ensure accurate reporting matrix for Gainwell Technologies LLC Executive Leadership Team
- Review and analyze new hire and employee background reports ensuring that all regulatory and Gainwell Technologies LLC policy standards are met based on established criteria
- Manage data validation issues, perform issue resolution research, and follow through to obtain necessary information to maintain compliance standards
- Communicate with recruiters’ individuals who have not fulfilled requirements and request supporting documentation, assisting in the decision-making process of determining one's eligibility for employment
What we're looking for
- 3 years Enterprise Operations and HR work experience with knowledge of temporary Contingent Workforce Management
- Experienced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint)
- Great interpersonal skills to work with a team and support cross-functional teaming and customer service skills handling issues in timely manner
- Ability to learn multiple operating systems and work independently, with strong attention to detail and strict adherence to standard operating procedures
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively to deliver timely and accurate work products in tight timeframes while reviewing multiple sources of information to determine accuracy
- Ability to investigate, ask questions, and collect various information to make sound decisions
