Duties & Responsibilities:

• Activities, Companionship, & Conversation
• Stand-by Assist, Mobility, Transfers (Hoyer Lift)
• Meal Preparation / Assist with Eating
• Medication Reminders
• Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light Housekeeping
• Occasional Transportation to & from appointments
