This position is full-time. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and/or weekends. Our office is located at 12303 DePaul Drive Bridgeton, Missouri 63044.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  Outpatient IV infusion, wound care, outpatient therapy appointments
• 
  Managing Home Health in-basket
• 
  Monitor Discharge Disposition
• 
  Monitor Case Management and Social Work consult lists to ensur/e someone is following up and appropriate consults or provide community resources.
  
• Create e-tickets to add facilities into Epic
• 
  Resources. Assist with resource lists
• 
  IMM’s and MOONs Appeals
• 
  Placements/Home Health
  • 
    Send referrals for difficult placements and home health
  • 
    Follow up phone calls on placements/home health.
    
  
  
• Authorizations
  • 
    Cyberaccess. Medicaid authorizations for DME
  • 
    Authorization Post Acute Services (SNF, LTAC, DME etc..)
• 
  Ambulatory follow up appointments
  • 
    Schedule Post Hospitalization follow up appointments
• 
  Department Voice mail
  • 
    Monitor department voice mail and distribute calls/e-mails

This is high volume, customer service environment. You’ll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. You also must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 
  2+ years of customer service experience
• 
  Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• 
  Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting.
• 
  Ability to answer phone calls, schedule appointments and work with medical insurance·
• 
  Ability to work onsite at 12303 DePaul Drive Bridgeton, Missouri 63044
• 
  Ability to work full-time between 8:00am – 4:30pm, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and/or weekends given the business need
